Meeting the customer at the place to be fitted out or decorated is the first stage in the process. It is essential, as it enables us to gather the customer’s needs and all other information relating to the project, as well as to take a specialist look at the nature of the premises and the various layout options available Understanding the customer’s tastes, taking on board or guiding his choices during the various discussions are all necessary before embarking on the design project.

Depending on the nature and scope of the assignment, the customer’s choices and budget, and the various documents and elements provided, we study the project and offer the customer our initial conclusions, an estimate and initial costing of the work to be carried out, and the necessary formalities and authorizations. We submit sketches and trend boards to validate the interior layout, before moving on to 3D views. 

Once the customer has approved the project, we produce the 3D design and decoration plans, including the choice of decorative materials and furniture for the entire surface. No corner is left to chance, and we guarantee a harmony of colors and objects within the customer’s budget. We draw up detailed specifications, including plans for all building trades, and submit all necessary applications and authorizations to the local authorities. We take care of all regulatory authorizations in terms of accessibility and safety, to ensure compliance with the building code. 

Once the 2D plans and 3D layout have been validated, we supervise and coordinate the construction phase. We advise the customer on the choice of all trades. We organize site supervision meetings, supervise the work and check that it conforms to the submitted project. We note any non-conformities and draw up reports so that the craftsmen can correct any defects.
